At Blanket, the engineering challenge grew from keeping an early product moving to creating a reliable platform and organization capable of serving millions of users.

I led work across web, mobile, data, hiring, onboarding, delivery, and product planning. A major performance effort reduced average query time from 45–60 seconds to roughly half a second and improved the experience on older Android devices.

The durable outcome was not a single optimization. It was a maintainable codebase, a dependable delivery rhythm, and an engineering team with the context and practices to keep improving the product.
