Field report

AP Classroom is a large-scale education product used across the United States. I worked as a technical lead on a team of more than twenty developers and QA specialists.

The scope combined a complex React front end with Python services, cloud infrastructure, reporting, single sign-on, automated testing, and PDF-generation workflows.

At this scale, technical leadership means making architecture understandable, keeping cross-functional decisions explicit, and helping many contributors deliver against the same product intent.
